Is it possible for you to have a discussion about differing options without resorting to name calling and insults?

    LOL

I did not call anyone a price gouger, profiteer, unethical, immoral. illegal, unscrupulous, douchnozzle, dip shit, or advocate arson on a capitalist.

Identifying and categorizing folks views is not name calling or insulting. If you are insulted about the category you are in, perhaps re-think you views.

    Here is a simple guide:

Capitalist - the market determines the price
Socialist - the government determines the price
Communism - the government determines the price and who gets it
    Gun Zone Deals

Free Enterprise Entrepreneur is a beautiful thing.

Nice to know if you have to have it, someone is willing to offer it.

Threads like these help us identify the closet Bernie supporters.

As a capitalist pig, I hope he sells out. That would be a win for him, and win for all the people who needed TP and could not get it at the stores.

No, a bernie bro would take it from him, hand out a few rolls to the ruling class and keep the rest for him self to bolster socialism is paradise facade. My thought was more darwinism or karma like. Besides it was just a thought cause I got what I need.

I say darwinism cause one guy trying to sell a mountain of a perceived needed commodity in panicky times like these is too stupid to be long for this world. No security, he's asking for it.

    Just another thought.

ETD, besides everyone knows Bernie his bro's and all socialists are devoid of a sense of humor. I, on the other hand, have a world renowned and highly advanced sense of humor. Most of which will not even be understood till many years after my death.

It's sad but a burden all great artists must bear.

No, I didn't. He characterized it as "A lot of the folks who have supply and are selling are preppers who are releasing their reserves" My reply was directed at these fictitious 'folks' providing a service to society by 'releasing their reserves' with dramatically inflated prices.

    You forgot darwinist.

Only the weak minded would think an observation about the flammability of a mountain of paper is advocating actually conspiring about committing a crime. I can see how you got there.

Lol. Just phucking with you on the weak minded stuff.

All that TP would burn quickly and prominently though. You gotta admit.

There is no such thing as price gouging, unless you are forced to pay. Like your taxes, :-).

Nobody is being taken advantage of, as nobody is forced to buy his product at his price. You are free to price shop and get it cheaper elsewhere. He is providing a vital service for those who need TP. Nothing immoral and it should certainly not be illegal.

That is why I said closet. You might not actually pull the lever for him, but you are choosing his socialist ideas over capitalism.

How is providing a product folks need wrong? It is 100% the right thing to do.

If you create the artificial shortage in first place, that's how it's wrong.

Seems that would apply equally across all categories LOL

    .

No it was more like antifa, as you suggested arson on his truck. Which is #1 tactic for antifa - violence against capitalists.

    Anyway,
C'mom, I am sure there are more anti-capitalists, out yourself! You know you want to.

    Well, on that note;
We probably have enough tp to last about a year if we don’t buy another roll. This comes from my wife’s parents growing up in the Great Depression and when ever she goes to shopping, she buys a few extra of everything. That contributes as much to creating the shortage as anything else.
I buy most of my ammo online and in bulk, but when I see it on the shelf at a comparable price to online, I have no issue clearing that shelf. Granted, I shoot more than 99.9% of the gun owning populace, but do you think that contributes to “shortages”? What if I decided, after seeing a mass of people who do not take adequate steps to stock up, paying .25 a round for crap .22lr and I decided to sell a few thousand rounds at that price? Am I a gouger?

Think the folks selling tp for $5 a roll in the parking lot are trash, just like the rascal driving dickheads in line with their entire inbred family at Walmart are trash when they were buying all the ammo to flip, but I do not think they are doing anything illegal.

I would never torch a man's truck. That's worse than shooting his dog. The death penalty in Texas and Korea, but admittedly for vastly different reasons related to food shortages.

But a mountain of TP would sure keep you warm on a cold night inline waiting on hand sanatizer.

It is not ficticious if those folks actually exist, and I know they do. I am one of them. The difference is you cannot see my supply or how I obtained it, how much I paid, on the internet.

If the going price is $5/roll, it is not inflated as that is the price I will pay to replace my supply.
