Not sure if it's been mentioned but, Lulu's Bakery and Cafe in San Antonio has an awesome chicken fried steak. Their cinnamon rolls are quite impressive, too.

I ate there years ago on a RTE when everyone got rained out except me. Nice place, but the subject is CFS or ham steak. LOL!
