It's not still under warranty? I bet an independent mechanic would have found the leak and fixed it.

They're not going to fix it either. If it doesn't sell on their lot in a couple weeks, they'll just send it to auction.

Good excuse to get a new truck either way... Congrats
It's an 07 so no warranty. Last couple I tried to get fixed couldn't be fixed at the dealer or independent. It seems that if the computer can't tell what's wrong or I can't show them what is broken, they can't fix it. I just gave up. I really like new trucks but didn't expect to have to buy another one, I'm 75, the 07 should have been my last one.

One of these days, I'm going to fix my back up camera. I've got the factory manual and trouble shooting steps. My problem is, just like today, every time I go to fix it, the stupid thing works fine. Hard to trace down a bad wire or faulty part if everything is working properly.

Tomorrow it will go out again and I won't have time to mess with it.

I was tired of having all that tread on my inside tire and my mudflap, fender liner, and fender all being in place.

Went ahead and took care of it at about 75mph going down the highway including sacrificing the mudflap to the ditch trash gods.

Decided I liked it better before so in the process of putting it back together.

Picked up two new mudflaps at a truck stop and used the remaining one as a pattern to make my own. My cheap ass wasn't going to spend $250 for factory replacements (with metal insert/ $160 without). $16 each at the truck stop was a much more reasonable alternative.

Will post after pictures when complete.

Putting these 2.0” Fox shocks in the back of the Mrs Pronstar’s suburban.

I recently put new yellow Bilsteins on it, front and rear. But there’s a lack of rebound damping that we aren’t happy with.

When the wife asks “why is the back so bouncy?” I know that it’s not just me being picky.

Hopefully these settle it down back there. I’ll probably upgrade the front with matching coilovers if we’re happy with how the rear turns out.

It’s just so weird that the front is composed, and the rear is a mess.

    Side note:
I have some rear yellow Bilsteins for sale, just 5k miles on them

    To All,

Replaced a BAD front tire on the Mitsubishi Endeavor & ordered a set of camo/black seat covers for the 2 front buckets.

I actually installed these headlights shortly after I bought the truck , about this time last year. But I wasn't on this board at that time either... The truck came with factory LED's but they were nothing compared to these 4 projector/LED's per side. At high beam all 8 LED's are lit up. Explodes pine cones at 100 yards.

    Ohhhh.. Hell yeah!!!! f'n awsome!
Thank you sir. The only work I did not do on her was the machine work on the block, crank and connecting rods. I have a two page list of other upgrades and more to go. I have an oilfield truck I’m in 16 days a month so this one is not a daily driver but 750 horsepower and moves pretty damn well for a 9800 pound truck with 35” rubber. The old powerstrokes have a lot of torque already!
