    I'm waiting to hear too. In high school there was a small deli across from the school that made the best hot pastrami sandwich. Was on a round french type bread, mounds of pastrami, dill pickles and mustard. They would toast in oven and serve it up. Have come close to duplicating, but cannot find a bread to replicate.

    I like the pastrami at Pieous.

    Brotherton's is pretty good. It's more like a hybrid pastrami/ Texas bbq brisket imo.

    I am so used to eating Philly cheesestakes in Philly, if I do not have a bad vibe about the neighborhood where I am eating, it does not seem quite like a proper Philly cheesestake!
