But let's by all means criticize and condemn him. That's going to solve a lot of problems.

If there had been things he could have done to rectify the issues and didn't, that would be something the complain about.

I cared about people suffering through this bad weather, but was unable to be of help to anyone. Why not criticize or condemn my actions or inaction? Because I'm not a politician or a public figure?

In this minute to minute cyber-news cycle it will blow over like a bird flying by, as it should, considering he did nothing wrong.. he's groveling because that is what you have to do now in order to stay in the game. Cruz doesn't want to lose his job that he has put a lot of years and work into. He too has a family to feed, you whiney angry miscreants should hush and get off his back.
