A no trespassing sign says “No Trespassing”
You, Sir, have an advanced Law Degree! Some things are simply self-evident! I would suggest as evident as your Advanced Law Degree is so to is it evident when one does not possess such a degree!

    Not where you are
30.05 says a sign is legal and codified as notice that entry is forbidden. 30.06/07 codifies the specifics of the wording and size of letters, etc. and requires that that must be exact to be valid. QUOTE]

But you can’t prove me wrong so you name call me a democrat. If you are so smart prove me wrong or STFU.
If you had the ability to separate from your body and view, independently, your argument attempting to support your misguided view that a posted company policy sign is the equivalent of a No Trespassing sign would most likely be comical to even you. However... since you do not possess that ability it appears your are doomed to a fate of coming across as ignorant to all but yourself. Put some cloths on Emperor!

Here in San Antonio, we are all masked up still.
I've been to HEB / Walmart / UPS store / CVS / Home Depot / plant nursery - all fully masked for the past year and including today.

    They don't work, sez NIH:

When he walked past a sign that said mask required for entrance he trespassed. He knew there was a sign therefore he knew that he was trespassing. The clerk wouldn't serve him and he threw the items down that he was trying to buy and left. You need to read his post again.
You walk on my property which has a proper sign after 1" you are trespassing. How inventive are you trying to be?
Technically I trespassed yesterday at Home Depot (maybe). Went in at the garden entrance no mask, no sign, nobody said anything. Had to go into the front door entrance for something and they had a sign. Put my ridiculous home made mask on, went to service center. My trespass was unintentional and there was no sign and nobody said anything so I could beat it in court if I needed to.

    Penalty???
Simply by violating notice and trespassing on private property can earn the defendant jail time. The crime is considered a Class B misdemeanor and is penalized with a fine of up to $2,000 or 180 days of jail time. I believe you can lose your LTC. Texas45, think about that. Of course, the cops would have had to be called and you would have to lose in court. Could be a very expensive endeavor with court and attorney fees. Jail time 180 days, probably they would make you get a Covid shot.

    Lol

Waiting for you to disprove what I wrote. You obviously can not read legal material. 30.05
