There is plenty of congressionally legislated precedent for strings attached to federal money. If the court does their job objectively and be independent and not activist they have to consider that.

ETA I dont agree with it in this case since this vaccine clearly isnt such in any sense of the word. As defined pre covid.

Our hospital doesn't take covid patients. If a person coming in for a procedure tests positive they have to reschedule. A coworker just had covid. Employee health told them they were still potentially contagious but they had to come to work.

You work at an ambulatory surgical center? The isolation policies are getting hard to keep up with. CDC’s, our own inpatient, and the various outpatient nursing home and rehab center’s various policies. Many of which are just stupid.
