By my house, the past 5 days, the price actually went down by 6 cents. I filled up this morning at the 4:63, then my wife said 2 hours later the price jumped up to 4.85
Thanks Brandon! You're doing such a great job helping all the people who need it.

Exxon down the street jumped from $4.49 yesterday to $4.69 when I rode by at 7am this morning. HEB about 1/2 mile away is $4.69 as well, so I don’t know if the Exxon went several days without a price increase until yesterday or if it really did jump $0.20 overnight.

$.20 per day would not surprise me. Went from $4.05 to $4.49 here in three days.

Brother in NY is paying $5.00 costing him $100 a week to go to work. I'm retired, fill the car and it sits in the garage most days. Didn't go to church this week to save gas. Damn government is killing us, slowly!
My wife and I are spending about $700 a month right now for gas and she is a stay at home mom. I'm about to go fill hers up.

Right now I'm glad we have one car. Only spend about 250 bucks a month in gas for the demented phuktard tax.

Pre Biden we spent 60 bucks...FJB

Yeah two tuned LS engines that require premium and get 10 MPG average stop and go is no fun with 93 at $5.25-ish.
Must be trucks? Back in the 2000's with my 6.1L forged LQ9 based cathedral port headed, 238/240 .605/.609 on a 112 LSA cammed, 13:1 compression motor and 4.11's out back I'd get 17 city and 24 highway with my 'normal' driving style. But that was in a 3500 lb. Firebird.

I haven't paid $5 yet (my last fillup was $4.09), I'll probably have to fill up in a couple of weeks then I'll let you know.
But you think it's in good taste to laugh at the misfortune of others that aren't as fortunate as yourself?

Maybe you should go back to California. Because if this is your personality and character, You will never be a Texan, regardless of how long you live here.

It wasn't really a full on laugh, more of a giggle.

    Does that make a difference?
