Wife and I were relaxing in the AC, and watching George Strait videos on YouTube earlier. No movies for me today. It's been youtube jazz and tales of yore...
It started off slow, only got slightly better.Post your opinion later on, it looks super woke in the trailer.
Is it worth watching or should I pass?It started off slow, only got slightly better.
At least it kept me entertained. Is it worth watching or should I pass?

By about half. Still counts as a ridiculous overreaction to the minor insult paid to it by a mere oak branch. Wish I knew what was going on but as long as it doesn't get worse, I'll call it a win.@benenglish the redness and swelling go down?
Just make sure it doesn't get infected. If you get red streaks going up your arm, get yourself some medical attention as it could be infected.By about half. Yeah. Keep an eye on that red line or lines. Look for spots on your back.By about half. Still counts as a ridiculous overreaction to the minor insult paid to it by a mere oak branch. Wish I knew what was going on but as long as it doesn't get worse, I'll call it a win.
I loved the "Peanuts" cartoons!
I've got family that owns one. Fanciest damn SUV I've ever seen. Complete luxury.
I saw one today dead on from the side and until I read Grand Wagoneer, I thought it was a Suburban. Damn thing is huge!
Yeah, I will. I've been trying to think what could be causing it and the only theory I can come up with (and it's a crazy one, I admit) is that I know raccoons run through the branches that were cut. For all I know, I managed to inject my palm with a few molecules of raccoon feces.Keep an eye on that red line or lines. Look for spots on your back.

Think you got debris in it? I once got a sunflower stock splinter in my thumb that was in several pieces.Yeah, I will. Obviously, I'm grasping at straws to come up with an explanation.
Been there, done that, and know better than to let that sort of thing happen again. But thanks for the thought.
Side note - I had a buddy when I was in my early 20s who got a splinter under his pinky nail. It hurt really bad but he just pulled it out on a Friday and paid it no attention. By Monday, his whole hand was red and there were big streaks running up his arm. That arm was immobilized in a sling for almost 6 months and he took mass quantities of antibiotics most of that time. He very nearly lost the finger. At one point, he was in danger of losing the whole hand. For a guitar player, that would not have been good.
The moral of the story is that he could have been fine in a few days if he had timely sought medical attention. Instead, he lived through a lengthy and painful ordeal. So trust me when I say that, having seen what I've seen and screwed up a time or two myself, if there are streaks reaching my wrist in the morning, I'm seeing a doctor immediately.
I don't think so. I've probed and scraped to see if I can trigger pain from a splinter and got no real pain. There's definitely a small lump in the middle of my palm, though.Think you got debris in it?
Apple cider vinegar soak if the skin is still torn. Work the hand submerged.I don't think so. I've probed and scraped to see if I can trigger pain from a splinter and got no real pain. There's definitely a small lump in the middle of my palm, though.
