See, there was an upside called moving to Texas. To quote a country song "What was I thinking?" I let my son and his family move in with me when they moved back to Colorado from Washington....loads of love and laughs... but I moved out and now live back in Texas
Yes one of many, I am a native Texan and Dorothy said it best "there is no place like home"See, there was an upside called moving to Texas.

My wife does something like that. She washes everything she puts in the recycling bin.The look on Mrs.Pronstar’s face as she watches her mom wash paper plates and plastic forks before throwing them in the trash…

…What? The look on Mrs. Pronstar’s face as she asks her mom for help with the baby, only to be told “I can’t right now, I’m busy looking for cats”

Don't you want to know where dinner is???My wife does LOL
They’re outside all day and only come in at night.
MIL is obsessed with knowing where the cats are at all times. Not the grandkids…the cats
That’s would be a negative…even Mrs. Pronstar only rarely eats what MIL/FIL put together.Don't you want to know where dinner is???

With that salt intake, the thread title may soon be changed to : Pronstar’s “living with the in-laws urns on the mantle” adventures .That’s would be a negative…even Mrs. Pronstar only rarely eats what MIL/FIL put together.
Mrs. Pronstar confided in me a few months back, “my mom has always been a terrible cook”…which was great because I had been faking “oh this is good!”
MIL does have grandma’s recipe (from her mom) for salsa and it’s amazing…everything else is a pile of salt with some food added for texture
My MIL learned from the same cook book. Her recipe was start with anything and add salt.MIL does have grandma’s recipe (from her mom) for salsa and it’s amazing…everything else is a pile of salt with some food added for texture
