we've had some blackouts here over the last year. I just counted and I've got among others, 25 Clive Cussler books, all with Good Will or "Junk Books" tags on them. All read, mostly outside in the shade as I recall, or while waiting on the daughter/wife who 'will just be a minute' shopping. Guess I'm a fast reader.

Yes, mental challenges, disappointment, suicide then to be posthumously awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. Very sad. I've never read a novel with such clear mental imagery of the characters.

FYI, he does a book tour to promote his newest book, and usually stops in Dallas. I've been to several of them. He is a great story teller, and usually has LouAnn with him at the Dallas stop. (she lives in Dallas)

He signs anything you want to bring to the table, and will take a pic with you.

LouAnn did a nice message to my wife. Wifey had to work one of the nights I went to a signing, so I recorded a video and texted it to her. She was elated, and LouAnn was one of her favorite characters on the show.

Ended up meeting my author when we started his book tour for In the Blood. He does a great job in writing the villan and making you want to see them die at the end.
