Prior to the ST, I had a VF700S Sabre similar to the one below. I guess I have "a thing" for V4 motors!

I also had a 2005 CBR1000RR.
It was my last bike.
Sold after I wrecked it.

And a V65 Magna, I believe it was a 1984.

First bike after the military was a 1985 Kawasaki LTD 750. What a beast and fun to ride, later added a 1995 Honda V4 Magna, it was sweet as well.

After some thought...I really enjoyed an unusual Honda single I had in the 80's. It was a thumper: the FT500 Ascot and it had one cylinder...1/2 liter. Gobs of torque. Distinctive sound, for sure. Very light/agile street bike (offroaded nicely).

Favorite is a tough call. I spent the most miles and the best trips on my Centennial Edition 955:

of all the bikes i owned over the years my1998harlysoftail custom was my favorite modified into bar hopper style bike lowered and loud pipes and probably the slowest and least comfortable bikes i ever owned but it sure looked great!

I kind of want a scooter.

I had one like this for a few years in college in the late 80s, mainly for transportation on campus but I would occasionally take it on "trips" of 50 miles or so each way. It was quite an adventure! As someone once told me, it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than it is a fast bike slow!

I've contemplated getting a small trail bike (175-250cc) just to putt around on, but with how people drive in San Antonio, I am not sure I want to risk my life!

I miss my 2002 Honda VTX 1800. It only had two drawbacks, it was missing 1 gear(5-speed) and two gallons(4.4 gallon tank, but pickup was at 4 gallons). Rode it to Stugis, Glacier and a few other places.
