I loved my 2005 Honda CBR1000RR Repsol, but I knew it would eventually kill me so I sold it...

Prior to the ST, I had a VF700S Sabre similar to the one below. I guess I have "a thing" for V4 motors!

    I also had a 2005 CBR1000RR.
    It was my last bike.
    Sold after I wrecked it.

    And a V65 Magna, I believe it was a 1984.

For me it’s got to be a tie between two of the bikes I’ve owned.

    1995 Ducati 900SS/SP
    2000 Triumph Speed Triple 955i

1985 Yamaha RZ350 KR is an easy 3rd.

First bike after the military was a 1985 Kawasaki LTD 750. What a beast and fun to ride, later added a 1995 Honda V4 Magna, it was sweet as well.

After some thought...I really enjoyed an unusual Honda single I had in the 80's. It was a thumper: the FT500 Ascot and it had one cylinder...1/2 liter. Gobs of torque. Distinctive sound, for sure. Very light/agile street bike (offroaded nicely).

Favorite is a tough call. I spent the most miles and the best trips on my Centennial Edition 955:

but...there's always a 'but'...probably just me being wishy-washy. 1947 Gilera Saturno 500 Competizione I used to take her to shows back in the day, when I could get her running. I was always an unworthy mechanic, but she was more on looks, and less on cooperation:

    Helotes!
I kind of want a scooter.

I had one like this for a few years in college in the late 80s, mainly for transportation on campus but I would occasionally take it on "trips" of 50 miles or so each way. It was quite an adventure! As someone once told me, it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than it is a fast bike slow!

I've contemplated getting a small trail bike (175-250cc) just to putt around on, but with how people drive in San Antonio, I am not sure I want to risk my life!
