First, your all-time list, anyone, any time frame, you specify the year(s). Mae West in the 1920s, for example, or "so-and-so from 10 years ago", whatever rings your bell.

Second, your JUST LIKE THEY ARE RIGHT NOW list.

I'm trying and failing to narrow it down to just 10, total, for the two lists and it's not possible at nearly 2 in the morning when I should be in bed. The brain is too far gone. I'll give it another go tomorrow.
