Impossible task. Just too many cuts to be made to get down to a mere 5. Seriously, the number of "Yes, I'd get my SO to OK me to do that" celebs is so large I can see why that episode of Friends made a game of cutting it to 5 but this was, frankly, a really difficult task. Following my own suggestion, I've put up both historic and current lists.

Back In The Day List
Audrey Hepburn - Just watch Breakfast at Tiffany's again and tell me you wouldn't pony up whatever bucks Holly Golightly was charging.
Lauren Bacall - Classicism defined
Britney Spears - Yes, she's seriously on the "Back In The Day" list. She was cute once. Now, she's still sexy but with too big a dose of "used-up" to stay on my current list.
Ava Gardner - Maybe the most beautiful woman, ever. Argue amongst yourselves.
Nancy Wilson - I know her sister Anne (on the left) got all the press as the hot one but the first time I saw her on stage, Nancy stole my heart.
Honorable Mention for Racquel Welch - Should make #1 on most historic lists but the resemblance between her in her prime and my mother in her prime was just uncanny. I had trouble keeping my teenage friends from leering at my mom and the whole dynamic just creeped me out and ruined it for me.

Victoria Justice - Allow an old guy at least one up-and-comer, OK?
Claire Danes - One of my all-time faves. I'd pay money to watch her fold clothes.
Kristen Bell - Vivacious is sexy.
Olivia Munn - Barely made the cut. Based on just looks and attitude, she would have been first among equals. However, points off for being such a fame whore. I've never seen anyone who more deperately wanted to be more famous than she already is. Or is she just letting us see the ambition that all actress/models possess? Either way, that part of her isn't pretty but everything else is.
Honorable Mention for Hayden Panettiere - Definitely radiates enough daddy issues to appeal to my inner perv but is reputed to be into sex sufficiently outside the norm as to result in broken bones. Crazy is good fun for a while. Crazy that puts you in the hospital just ain't.

^ You ain't the only one big daddy. And you know what? I really don't care either. If their picture is shown and I'm attracted, I look a little longer, otherwise I just keep moving.

They do, however, tend to congregate, making them easier to find in some locations. My home town? Slim pickin's there. First time I did a job in lower Manhattan? I thought I was going to break my neck it was swiveling so fast.
One of the places they tend to congregate is the entertainment industry, where they become famous, thus known quantities for relative attractiveness measurement. (There's a term for it in the entertainment industry: FQ. Stands for "f****bility quotient".)
Which was sort of the point of the "The List" game that everyone (I thought) plays with their SO. If it seems pointless to you, that's perfectly reasonable. It is pointless.
But it's also fun.

Since the thread drifted this way and I'm not hijacking it, I'll share some things. Been single since 1975 and have had many women in my life. There have been several repeated themes that may be worth mentioning.
Lesbian behavior. I found that VERY pretty women and those who hang out with other pretty women were likely lesbian or bisexual. The "pixie/cute" look is almost a dead give away. I worked in the prison system and learned a lot about that. Males will most likely stay straight while incarcerated. If they do have Homosexual relations, they will pretend they are with a female. Women will change in a heartbeat. They call it "being gay for the state." If she's not into YOU, that could be the reason. It happens WAY more than I ever imagined!
Very pretty women are the most demanding of material things, less demonstrative in return and the worst lovers. They are also spoiled brats. I call them "gift wrapped bricks" They are beautiful on the outside but cold and stone like on the inside.
The best lovers of my life were pleasantly attractive women with a great smile and sense of humor. If they get nasty, vulgar in speaking or extremely aggressive sexually, it's best to steer clear.
As the age difference between the male and female increases, so does the amount of misery present for the male in the relationship. The most age difference for me was 19 years younger than me. That was the most miserable, too. The BEST age spread was 4-7 years older than me. Of course at my age (65), 4-7 years older means they are fossilized. Scratch that rule after age 60!
Old women are lazy lovers. It's better to do without than to waste your time. You spend time getting their motor running and end up with a corpse who still breathes. It's not worth the effort!
Cool, fancy hair styles on a woman say "Don't touch me." If they won't get their hair messed up.........steer clear!
