    Give us a pic!
    3x 37rd national magazine
    3x 20rd mec-gar
    2x 15rd nickel no name
    1x 15rd Ruger
    1x 10rd Ruger

Thats 226 rounds by my count. 201 of my red rocket powder coat and 25 of the HSTs.

I hate reloading magazines at the range.

I don’t want no shit about my bench. Sorted a bunch of brass by weight. Seems like I have to prep 100+ pieces to get 12 groups of five within 0.1 or so grains of each other.

Exactly. I'm trying to make them shoot as small groups as I can within reason. Any variables between rounds can potentially make differences. This was all pick up brass that was first sorted by headstamp with the hope that brass geometry with one manufacturer will be somewhat close. There are large variations in things like wall thickness between manufacturers. That in turn makes different internal volumes for the same external dimensions which gives different pressures for the same amount of powder.

You can easily go full-anal messing with all of this stuff though. I just try to control the easier variables to deal with.

Today I was finally able to shoot some of my handloads for my 300 BLK pistol. Went with a friend to his ranch in Mt. Home. 'Been working on a load for my Hornady 212 gr. bullets using Accurate 1680. They would not pick up the next round of my last batch with 11.0 grains. Worked perfectly today with 11.5 grains of powder. Working on accuracy next week and checking velocity for next trip. /////////////////////////:green:

I'm back to processing 223 brass. I have about 1500 or so. All have had pockets reamed and sized so far. I think I've got about 1/3 trimmed and deburred. Going to finish the rest over the course of the weekend.

If I have enough time and can stand the heat in my garage I might try to work up a couple test loads for the 380 with the heavy powder coat bullets I have. I'm thinking I might get rid of this heavy 2 cavity mold and get a lighter 6 cavity.

Also going to look into load data for the new 45. I'm thinking of loading up some HAPs just to see how they'll do. I had superb accuracy with them in 9mm in both the 115 and 125 weights. Anyone here ever use the HAP in 45s?

Okay that makes sense. Variations in powder capacity in the case would change the pressure and could affect accuracy. Weighing each case confirms uniform wall thickness and base thickness.

Technically no (on confirming the thickness) but it is the easiest way to get them as close as possible.

People fill the cases with water to verify volume as that is very accurate.

I weigh them. Good enough for me.

When the Man Cave temp cools down (turned the AC on, shouldn't take long), I'll be loading a hundred rounds or more 300 BLK. Cases are ready for primer, powder, and bullet. Not sure I could tell the difference by separating cases regarding accuracy with this little AR.

Not loading any lighter bullets for it?
