Well i had it. Not much of an experience. 10 days off and 3 with no symptoms per CDC. Effected me as a sinus infection. No big deal. Had a couple days of 100.4 temp and a weird lightweight cough. Hit the doc on a monday mornin and she called to tell me positive tues. They didnt ask, just did it.
I asked her for hydroxychloiquine and she scoffed and sAid that was debunked so i asked for what they were recommending. Nothin. Said to go home for 10 days and if ya get worse be sure and let us know!

Really???? People go to school for years for that????

Got some amoxil and some hayfever stuff. Went home and took it. Got better in a day and then lost my taste/smell. UhOh. Got some tonic water and took my zinc and vitamins couple times a day.

It never got to my throat or into my chest. No symptoms there. Got really tired if i moved though. Good for about 2 minutes in the sun. Lol. Got over it and back to work. Took about another week to get over being tired. Taste started back in about 4-5 days.

    All good.

Sounds like time to find a new doctor.

Glad you're doing better. And I second finding another doctor. I'm considering finding a new one because mine won't prescribe HCQ as a preventive measure for my wife and I...and we start back teaching school in a week.

Your experience is almost word for word what I heard recently from two other people who were “deadly ill”. Most common symptom I heard was boredom.

Glad to hear you pushed through ok!

I've reached the point of believing this type of behavior/attitude from a physician should be interpreted as one of the most egregious and damning expression of hubris, gross negligence, and professional dereliction of duty possible in a professional sense, and more-than-sufficient cause for permanent revocation of their license to practice medicine.

People are getting burned out on it and are over it. It’s been time to get back to normal for months now. It honestly should have never started in my opinion.

Apparently the mayor of Houston decided that his private police force is going to fine people for not wearing masks now. Isn't that prohibited by the king abbott's executive order?

I haven't worn a mask once. Not starting now. I do practice social distancing in public though.
Same here, except once when I was in a hospital, where I probably would have needed to before the panic-demic. I've always practiced social distancing... I'm glad other people are keeping their distance from me now too.
