If someone hit my car, I'd follow too. Need info for an insurance claim. Simply following someone that's running from a crime isn't a crime. And the biker followed her all the way home, but he is not the aggressor?
That is what is gonna make this case so much fun.
She was fleeing the scene of a crime, he followed her.
Is that being aggressive?

You must have never filed a police report here. NOTHING happens. I've been the victim of hit and run a few times. All that happened was my insurance went up and I'm out a deductibleAlternative: give license plate # to LEO. Give police report to insurer and let insurer handle it.

Maybe maybe notShe was fleeing the scene of a crime, he followed her.

Simply following her or chasing her? If he was simply following her no incident should have occurred. Somewhere it went from simple to complicatedIf someone hit my car, I'd follow too. Need info for an insurance claim. Simply following someone that's running from a crime isn't a crime.
I'm smelling a play by the media that says, "that's the same thing that happened in Kenosha, but the violent killer was shot first!"This is a good one. Librarian H&R, flees, motorcyclist follows her home, she comes out with gun, he kills her.
Keep in mind almost all 'facts' at this time are from motorcyclist.
‘Girl tried to kill me’: Biker tells police after shooting librarian accused of pointing gun at him
Police say a confrontation took place in the roadway and the Kia driver, 35-year-old Sara Nicole Morales, was shot multiple times.www.wesh.com
I don't know, I wasn't there to see any of it.Followed because she instigated. They didn't choose her, she chose them.

Story I read this morning had it that she hit and ran, but motorcyclist was uninjured. Motorcycle guy tried to stop her, but she wouldn't stop. He arrived at her place and he was on the phone with 911 when she came back out with the gun. Does that jive with the stories y'all have read?
One of the witness' called 911. Whether that was someone totally unrelated, or whether it was someone that was with the motorcyclist that was hit is unclear. From the article:Simply following her or chasing her? If he was simply following her no incident should have occurred. Somewhere it went from simple to complicated
did he call 911? No? How might a jury interpret that?

Police say 36-year-old Sara Nicole Morales had the intent to hit a motorcyclist on Volusia Avenue after some kind of incident and then took off. The motorcyclist was not seriously hurt. He then followed her, along with several witnesses to the hit-and-run, and one of those witnesses called 911.
That too is unclear to me as well. Just seems as lots of details are missing. But I would assume some details are being kept out of the media because it's an ongoing investigation.Yeah just was not clear when 911 was called, before or after shooting.
