Hun?Better make sure a 10.5 in barrel won't roach your can!
Some suppressor companies will not warranty their product on this short of a barrel.Hun?
Deadair doesn't have length limits, cans also good for 300winmag. Should be alright it won't get used a ton. Some suppressor companies will not warranty their product on this short of a barrel.
Seems odd. Aren't a lot of suppressors designed for shorter barrels? Do we know which ones they are? Never heard that before (but ........... there's lots of chit I've never heard of). It would be good to have a list. Some suppressor companies will not warranty their product on this short of a barrel.
Some say not for use under 10.5, I guess it erodes the blast baffles quickly and more chance of a strike.Seems odd. Aren't a lot of suppressors designed for shorter barrels? Figure out what cans you'd like to choose from and the spec sheets usually have full auto and length stuff listedI've got a 7.25 inch barrel on my AR pistol and plan on getting a suppressor. Anyone know which ones do not warrant their suppressors for short barrels? We probably need to get a list going for this forum.
I will definitely figure it out before I purchase one. From doing a little research on "SnipersHide" forum, it appears there is no issue in finding one for a SBR. The subsonic 300BLK is an easy pic.
I'm not saying you'll go that high, but you'll never have to worry about a can that's over built.I don't think I'll ever get a 300WinMag. So I'm safe with the 300BLK. I really like the BLK subsonic that uses about 11 grains of Accurate1680 an loafs along at about 1100 fps.
