IWI Jericho 941 (Baby Eagle) 40 S & W 10 rd or Remington 1911 R1S 45 Cal with 8 rd. Both a bit heavy for my taste in EDC, but would make it work if I had to.

45Acp HK , Glock, FNX I would say 1911 but you get more with newer guns like rail and ambi everything without a 1000$ price tag that 1911s bring. Remember if you only have a 10rnd mag caliber is your advantage hell 10mm as well since capacity is taken away your only advantage is stopping power so 45acp or 10mm is the way to go 9mm had a great advantage when its 20rnd mags but at limited 10rnds like I said 45acp or 10mm.

Ruger LC9s with a flat base 7 round magazine and two 9 round spare magazines for concealed EDC. (No change.) I'd pull the 4 inch S&W Model 65-1 out of the safe for open carry with 4 speedloaders. Rossi 92 short rifle in .357 Magnum.

That said, I don't have a lot of 12, 15, and 20 round magazines for my S&W Model 469 or 20 and 30 round magazines for my Mini-14. Of course my definition of "a lot" may be...flexible.

It’s a rifle. I wasn’t expecting people to take it too serious.

Well the subject of this thread is talking about pistols and Mauser came up with a few pistols over the decades that would make very interesting carry pieces :P

About 10 years ago I went to the Houston gun show downtown.

I walked around down town with a Nazi K98 Russian capture. I got a lot of interesting looks. It was awkward, a Mexican heritage event was going on, and some white guy with a shaved head was walking around with a Nazi gun.

I was just trying to get to my truck to go home.
