It's a brace, designed to assist people in shooting the PISTOL with one arm. It adds stability by bracing the buffer tube to the shooters forearm.

Putting it against your shoulder is a MISUSE of the pistol arm brace, and not intended to be done. However, the ATF has stated misuse of the device does not change the intended purpose, therefore not changing the classification of the pistol into a SBR or AOW.

You can shoot a Glock with your pinky toe and mouth, and while it's a misuse of the intended design of the firearm, it doesn't change it's classification. It's still a pistol, just being used in a stupid fashion. =)

Also, the SB-15 is awesome. Well worth putting on a pistol.

Holy cow. Had this been around I'd have kept my 10.5 inch pistol. Good luck with the sale and thanks for the.info. I'd be interested in just the lower if ooure willing to separate.

Serious note- do keep in mind the SB-15 is a BRACE for a PISTOL.

    Think of it like this...
    1) I have a cold, I'm going to drink some Robitussin to help me function at work.
    2) I'm sad, so I'm going to drink a bottle of Robitussin to get real screwed up so work is more fun.

One is acceptable, one could get you into trouble. The action is fundamentally the same, but the wording and intent is completely different. Both basically boil down to consuming a substance so work is easier to endure. Although the intent between the two are clearly different, and how you discuss the act can be used against you.

Also, the latter of the two can get products pulled off the market, or add in restrictions. Again, look at cough syrup being 18+ now.

Since this has been posted I have told my wife 3 times that I want to buy it. She still isn't convinced but she wants LS1Nut to build her a 1911. WTF

I just told my girlfriend there were wife and buying gun issues on TGT. She said "That's stupid. You can tell them I said that."

Then again, she was excited to look at round pieces of metal at Silencer Shop, is debating with me what hand guard to put on her AR build, and GT Distributors is about her favorite store in the universe.
