It's my understanding that the tactical code is supposed to be for Law Enforcement and Military only to compete with Oakley's Standard Issue Discounts. Since it is new I do not think Rudy Project has a way of verifying if you actually LEO or military. It's just on the honor system for now so if you're not it's up to you if you want to fraudulently claim military service to get a discount.
Wrong - the tactical code belongs to Panteo as their discount code - different companies get to have their own code - if you go to Panteo's website its listed on there.
