The military is calling this workplace violence vs terrorist attack

Soldiers would get more compensation if it were a terrorist attack

i really doubt the army is engaged in a conspiracy to deny 14 soldiers a little extra money......and dont forget that the FBI and DOJ have their hands in this too

this is a new kind of deal for the military...the typical SJA prosecutor is a young captain right out of law school and JAG OBC....they deal with military justice matters that are so comparatively simplistic - that this sort of deal just requires a slower approach
