Harris got on virtual and pretty much just made a speech. Harris tried again to get her to commit to a court ruling in the hearing and failed.
You could tell Barrett was biting her tongue. Harris was trying to be condescending and smug. And failed.

Our esteemed Senators Schumer and Nadler had alluded to exactly that when she was on the short list of names being thought of to replace RBG.
You know at some point they will bring it up during her hearing.
Don't the Demorats realize that by their grandstanding, that they're pushing more people away in their own party, and really turning off the Independent voters?!?
How did the Democrats end up becoming the Socialist Party?
There aren't enough millennials to pander to them, really. There are still way more baby boomers than they are.
The millennials who went Socialist don't realize, that if our country goes that way, they are the one's footing the tax increases, and living with rolling electrical blackouts, because the solar and wind power derived from green energy isn't going to sustain the electrical need that our cities, and states need.
With all what the Demorats are promising, I feel that the millennials aren't responsible, mature adults.
Even the ones below the millennials are being raised Socialist, and they don't realize that is a brick wall, waiting to collapse on them.

I think the last day of confirmation hearings, they're going to grill her, I believe.
I think we're going to hear them bluster, and blow. While the meantime, ACB is going to be cool, calm, and collected.
I think with her closing statements, she will remain quite reserved, but probably give the Demorats a good ol' lady like tongue lashing, that will make them and their agenda look even more stupid than before.

Yup, I saw that too. He used his little cue cards, spewing the usual Demorat propaganda. Took all of his time yapping, liking the sound of his own voice, and just making no sense for a Justice hearing.
The look on ACB's face at times was priceless while he was yammering away.

Never forget: the Kavanaugh fiasco was single handedly brought about by Diane Feinstein. She's the sole individual responsible for weaponizing information she had in her possession.

As it turned out: false information. But she knew of the supposed allegations in advance and made a very conscious decision to "sit on it" until she could spring it on the Committee in the eleventh hour - all, in hopes of disrupting the confirmation process to such an extent that Kavanaugh wouldn't get the Committee's approval or that she would force him to withdraw his name. And she almost succeeded.

And speaking of "the dogma residing strongly in this one" (something she's already accused Judge Barrett of), I'd say pure evil resides strongly in Dianne Feinstein.
