Army I was thinking of a 155 Howitzer with a pistol grip!!!!

I am open to any times.

I am going to the range tomarrow with my son and LEO daughter here in Memphis TN.
She thinks she is going to out shoot the old man again.
Not this time!!!!
I got the thums forawd and dont hit anything outside the 9 ring.

One thing is she has never out shot me with a 44 Mag.
I kid her about she can't handle the old mans big guns.

What sucks is she can; so I always stay out of reach when running my mouth with her.
Well just checkin in.

How many folks will the range you are going to use hold? I am having a hard time finding a good rifle range in DFW area that will hold enough shooters. I had to split up all the Dallas folks and send fifty to Grandfield OK, (Badlands Tactical) and then another fifty to my ranch here in Central Texas.

We need a 25 meter raange and a 100-400 meter range and enough room for at least 50 shooters.

10:00 the morning of the 3rd @ Elm Fork.
Once everyone has killed enough paper to curb their lusts we head over to one of the near by eatem up joints for long stories and a good Ol'fashion Texas BS session.

Although I have taken handgun classes and have applied for my CHL, I am still a rookie. We go to the range as often as we can, but it would be nice to see seasoned shooters in action.

I am praying to the gun gods to end the rain for one day in exchange for not bashing Hi Points for a week.

If Mo is shooting his 44, I am bringing a sound enhancer for my 45s.

You can get an auditory warm up for Mo's 44 by standing next to me while I fire some full .357SIG loads out of my 3.3" Sig 229. That will wake you up.

Glad to have you. If you have not been to Elm Fork before it's a pretty nice range. Being outside it's a lot easier on the ears. Unless of course you're standing next to Mo

well i have decided that me and my woman might not make it. we being only of the ages of 25, we sleep in too much and im not up on sunday till at least 9am, if not later, but i will still try to get there.

I'm sorry I can't be there to blast that puny .44 Mag into the weeds! (I shoot a .50 AE.) You haven't lived until you've experienced one of the .50 caliber pistols close by. (I also have a .500 Magnum, but I haven't fired it yet.)

I'm up early enough on Sundays, but I sing in the choir at church at 0945 and 1100 and am not available to do anything else on Sunday mornings. I take my church and choir membership seriously and if I'm in town, I'm at church on Sundays.

I'd love to have a 50 but these two 44's eat up all the lead and powder I can afford along with my other guns.
Well I may have to find a way to bribe you because I sure need to help Army1911 out with his hearing impairment. LOL!!!!
I understand your situation and would never ask you put a good time in front of your faith and a good time singing.
I play drums and blues harmonica with a group of guys and it takes a lot for me to miss out on a jam session.
We will have lots of shoots and activities coming up this summer.

Hey everyone!!!!
Just spoke with Jeanie Almond the general manager at Elm Fork asking about doing a lunch shoot there in the future.
What would everyone think about a pot luck lunch there one Sunday?
Everyone bring something and we eat and shoot.
Jeanie only request plenty of lead time so she has no conflicts with other events.
This seemed like a good way around everyone's morning schedule as well as sharing some home cooked food from each of our own kitchens / grills.
Let me know what you think and I will work on this for a future event.
