    It was an accident. Thus accidental is the term that was used. There are two ways to clasify it, accidental or criminal. Negligence is for a civil court to decide.

    No matter the Classification, it will be seen as Negligent, not accidental or criminal.

    Gun shop, gun, employee, round in chamber, & discharge resulting in injury == Gross Negligence.

    Time for the politically-correct cops to call it for what it is.

    There is no such thing as an "accidental discharge." It is either intentional, or a lack of head space & timing on the operator's behalf.

    In Human behavior, it might have been a "mistake," and in this case, it was a very bad mistake.

    Do not give refuge to persons entrusted with the care of firearms who are incapable of doing so.

    I call it Negligence!

    Call it whatever you want. Your ignorance of how it has to be clasified is showing right now. It has nothing to do with political correctness. Just because YOU think it needs to be titled a certain way does not make it so.

    No one is giving refuge to anyone. Negligence is determined by a court.
