Well, I found out why there's a hole in my bed ... Looks like it was shot with my own shotgun. It went through 2 comforters, brand new set of sheets, mattress, box springs, 3/4" OSB for box spring support, and into the floor or maybe through it even.
Seriously now ... try to kick in the door, fail ... climb up to 2nd floor balcony, smash glass door ... rob me blind ... discharge shotgun in apartment ... AND NOBODY CALLS THE COPS?!?
Sounds like it's time to find a new neighborhood.

Lease isn't up until the end of November or December. Plus it's hard to find anything on my income. I'd love to move out of Houston and back to the Austin/San Antonio area, but alas my job is here until I find something. At the minimum, I want to find a house, even if only a rental.
I understand. I've been there, I just said that primarily in response to finding out they discharged a shotgun but nobody heard nothing. Really sorry about your loss though.
