It takes 2.5 and 3"So I just counted and I've got 23 golf balls suitable for the launcher. If allowed, I have another 13 we can shoot (and clean up) that are not suitable for the launcher. If anyone has extra golf balls, feel free to bring them; I have plenty of blanks.
DArmi, I would like to shoot that pepper box. Did you not also say it would also take 2.5" .410 shells?
No problemCool. If I bring some factory .410 birdshot, can I shoot it? I'll even share the box
Also, anyone bringing a BP rifle that uses musket caps? I have plenty of powder and musket caps.
And I'm adding my converted 1858 to my Take pile.
I will be looking you up to see that.Cool. If I bring some factory .410 birdshot, can I shoot it? I'll even share the box

Autocorrect completely jacked up that post. Not interested in musket pepper, musket caps. gaaah!!
I was dry-firing the .35 Remington a few minutes ago. I'll bring it. Like I said in another context, if I can get my 9" .30-30 working in time, I'll bring it, too. The biggest problem with the .30-30 is that it kicks like a mule. I really hate shooting it with full power loads. It's definitely worse than a short .500 S&W. (That's my way of saying I'm not going to work very hard to get it running. )Ben, would you mind bringing one or two of the rifle-caliber pistols?
I think I have a few gross hiding in the garage. If I can find them, they'll come along. If anyone has extra golf balls, feel free to bring them; I have plenty of blanks.
I can supply 30-30 rounds. I've got a USPS box full of factory loads - maybe I won't get hit in the face like Eddie. Where the hell is that guy?I was dry-firing the .35 Remington a few minutes ago. There's no danger of hitting yourself in the face with the .30-30. It's so unpleasant to shoot because the design funnels all the recoil into the web of the shooting hand....maybe I won't get hit in the face...

Musket caps? Did somebody say musket caps?
What size musket caps? I have a bunch of No. 11 and 209 shotgun primers.
The No. 11's are for my Traditions KY Long Rifle kit that I'm building (.50 cal), & the 209's are for my TC in- line .50. I can bring either or both.
What I really need is a source of real black powder in or near Spring.
