As for the "free market," it naturally balances itself. If a person is asking too much for the ammo, then they will either not sell it or lower the price to do so. If someone buys it, then they must have their reasons. It's not up to any one individual to decide what is "fair" or not. The market will do that by itself.
And I am still waiting for you to post where we can all find this 15¢/round 7.62x39 you claim! Cheapest I have been able to find it is 25¢/round, and even that is tough to get as it sells out in a matter of minutes. Perhaps you might have some friend willing to sell it to you that cheap, but unless it is a regular source that the rest of us can utilize such claims are pure fantasy. Hell, even before the panic a thousand rounds were running $179...
