Banned from Facebook...for the fifth time.

i'm on my 6th 30 day ban. this time for saying commie jo and the ho
my nephew is on 3 days on FB jail for talking about CANNING FOOD FROM HIS GARDEN and FB says it shows hes being an extremist about canning and they are against any type of extremism. not joking!

I have it because we have two business pages with it. I posted many time to our 580 followers "please join us on MeWe (where I pay $2/mo to have the MeWe page). We can have free exchange of ideas there and post our guns for sale!" Exactly 7 people created profiles and followed us on MeWe. So, I'm on FB because, unfortunately, it's still where the community is. I have a truck for sale...Facebook. I need to buy a weight bench to hang my clothes on...Facebook. I need to let my customers know we are closed for Labor Day....Facebook and Google Business Page.

On my personal account, I have no picture and don't use a real name. I don't have my real birthday and I unfriended my wife because I don't care about her friends posts. I have no friends. On Facebook. And my one IRL friend I pretty much see every day so I don't need FB to keep up with him. I know what my wife looks like. I know that my dog loves me. Don't need FB on the personal level.

But I like to make my opinion known and make snarky comments on airsoft gloves because I think it'll matter to pretty much nobody. And for that, I keep my personal account open too. And it's required to have a business account.

I do ask people "if you needed $10, and you have 1000 friends on Facebook, do you think you could raise more than $50?"

So you criticize Axxe for using FB for what he wants and yet you claim to have two accounts for what you want.

Looks like the definition of hypocrite to me.

Never had the Facebook, never will. I have a bit of consternation when people say it is intrusive but use to study connected. Either you have an account and agree with ghrr we it shot or you do not have an account. No middle ground

Yeah my experience is similar. I asked people to join MeWe when that campaign was going around. A few people did, but they never really interacted on MeWe. I gave up with that platform.

I built a couple websites to reach people who don't use social media at all, but people follow the websites at a ratio of about 1:600 to the number of people who interact on the Facebook groups and pages I manage. I think that ratio is likely even smaller as most of the web traffic seems to be from people following links from Facebook.

I've had several comments and a few posts removed, but I've never been banned on it. I don't really take any of it seriously. Too many people over there just can't take a joke.

Facebook is disgusting. It is, in my opinion: anti-American, it is anti-normalcy, it is anti-decency, it is unethical in how it acquires user info and then uses that info, it is amazingly hypocritical, it is an unethical pollitical force, it is a liberal mecca yet somehow those who claim to be conservatives give every excuse for still using it and are in effect supporting what I believe is a tool of the enemies of the United States of America.

So what justification do folks who are supposedly conservative or libertarian give for still using it? They give those like two already seen above: Oh my golly my business community is there and will not follow me elsewhere. Why is that - because either your business is not good enough to follow (in the eyes of your customers who use FB) or simply because you refuse to stop using FB for your business. Start a new frigging business community elsewhere or just leave FB and tell your customers the only way to get to your business is through other means! Others say, oh my goodness, I use it to communicate with family. A poor excuse, mostly used by FB junkies, is what I think of that because there are other free social media sights that anyone and their family can join, for free, to communicate or you can text, email and telephone one another (or even all become members on a site lie this). Then again, how about this - write letters to one another, put them into envelopes, address the envelopes, put the proper postage on them and mail them (what a novel idea).

I have many friends who claim to be libertarian or conservative yet still use FB even after becoming fully aware of all the chicanery pulled off by FB. They say they detested the whole aura of FB but stayed there. I detested FB and I left it for good. I left it regardless of whether or not those friends followed me elsewhere. My attitude, if they want to stay in touch they will find other ways to do so with me, if not then **** em and let them morph into liberal flunkies. They honestly are not worth keeping in touch with if the only way they will do it on FB, a site I and many of them (or so they say) consider to be a socialist/commie/ultra leftist website.

That is merely my opinion of FB - yours may vary and so be it if it does. It is a fact though, if you use it, you are in effect supporting the left by using it.

If you haven't been banned from FB at some point, you just haven't been trying. Or you are an avid communist, muslim terrorist, or you believe Fauci is a prophet of God.

I got banned for saying that I got a warning when I commented that on a post about murder hornets infesting a house and I "jokingly said 'burn the house down!'."

Now I know that no human banned me, because no human would see the word "jokingly" and get pissed off about it. Nor would they get pissed off about a comment about a comment. No, this was done by FB's software search engine. As I told FB in my complaint to them, FB's software sucks. Alexa or Siri would not have reacted to that comment. I suggested that they hire some junior high kids because they would surely do a better job of programming. No surprise: FB has never responded to my complaint.

I like being able to share some things with old friends and classmates, but I absolutely hate the way they force everyone to bend to their leftist politics.

It’s funny how anal fakebook was as I haven’t had an account and made wife delete hers with me a few years back. We have a site here in Tulsa called Nextdoor it’s like a super retard hangout for all people that live on fakebook. I’ve had more accounts banned on there and out of emails to use lol. But did like getting on there to line out people every so often bunch of bored snowflakes with issues on there. And fossils reporting their mail getting stolen I’d be like well maybe if you didn’t leave the shit in there for two days you wouldn’t be whining and pissing your underalls on here lol.

I have FB. I'm waiting for a permanent ban. I've been threatened with it several times, but I call their bluff about once a month. Hasn't happened yet. As far as what others think about me having one. I care about that as much as I care about AOC's opinions. Zero. Also I'm going to parrot what I've said in just about every thread here made about facebook. I think many members here would do well on FB. You could bitch about shit there just like you do here and possibly someone you know might care.
