And just how are they going to determine that? Are they going to bring a psychic along with them who will lay their hands on the gun? Or will it be the "We need to take this gun to the station to perform ballistic tests" BS?

Or, what if some liberal a-hole neighbor, who hates guns with a passion, calls the station and tells the officer he wants his house searched and gives the name and address of his gun-owning neighbor. Then when the cops show up at the neighbor's house, he says he didn't call them and slams the door in the cops' faces...what do the cops do then? Break down the door and arrest the neighbor and confiscate all of his guns?

There is just too much that is insanely stupid about this program.
