Yes, she gets to nominate someone for VP then they get confirmed in the Senate. Pelosi only is in line for POTUS - there is no automatic sucession to VP.

Who do you believe? He said he has cancer, and the White House says he had cancer. The next day he has COVID. They'll say that something is true because Biden confirms it, but in the next breath on another subject, they'll say that's not what he meant.
