    Way out here
Went out yesterday to sight in my new gun. Didn't even take my hog gun with me, and left all hunting clothes at home. Driving through the ranch, I spotted this boar leaving the pond where he'd been wallowing (pigs have no sweat glands so they must do this to stay cool).

When he heard my truck he stopped to look, and paused just a second too long. It was enough time for me to dig a 10/22 up from the back seat, and put one CCI MiniMag right between his eyes. Bang. Ding. Oww.

Next time someone tells you a .22 won't kill a hog, just smile and nod.

Nice! Yea ive taken hogs with a .17hmr. Nothing quite as big as yours, put rimfires will kill just about anything. Shot placement is key
