    An excellent book, read it twice. Post- apocalyptic story, a country after an EMP. William Forstchen is a very good writer, also wrote Day of Wrath, a narrative about an Islamic attack in the U.S.


    I wasn’t aware of Day of Wrath. I’m going to have to add it to my list.

    I’m about due for another Walt Longmire mystery book too.

    Books are always better. If they tried to make a movie using the whole book it would have to be over 5 hours long.
    Books are always better. Some books have successfully been made into a movie or mini-series, and some have actually been pretty damned good. "Lonesome Dove" by Larry McMurtry being a good example. The Jesse Stone series as well.
