Ima gonna find me a 1911 holster just for the occasion. Maybe a nice leather job. Anyone recommend a decent place to find holsters? My regular gun shop is closed until the 4th or 5th.

Order a Tucker HF1/HF2. Comp-Tac makes some nice OWB holsters, though they're more competition oriented I think. SGA has a pretty decent selection of the Comp-Tac stuff, Memorial Shooting Center in Houston has a huge selection.

My cousin is going to come with me. He might bring his wife and kids.

SGA also does carry a bunch of holster is from DM Bullard. They are Texas made just like the other two I mentioned. They are all leather and they make several different styles for 1911.

That Tucker looks real nice. Gonna have to save a few sheckles for a HF1 holster and Ranger belt combo.

I also want a melted milk jug holster for my XD. Probably another BladeTech.
