Good thing the founders of this Republic weren't afraid to break a few bad/stupid laws. I suppose it all depends on the result, or is it the scale?

Sometimes stupid people are in charge and more often than not make stupid rules. Laws are always subject to change and more likely if challenged.

If he had a Ninja food processor and was borrowing BART power to liquefy his breakfast sandwich..................and then injected it sitting in a corner......they would have just walked on by.
