You would think most legislators spends more time in 46.03 places than 46.035. I mean, 46.035 is a bar, a prison, or sporting event. I would much rather have school & court protection (especially since many legislators are lawyers).

That kinda made me laugh.
Actually, these days - a legislator would be more likely to spend time in a bar or prison, or sporting event.
...also, motels and whorehouses.
