I am going to the races this weekend. Does it fall under the same rules as sporting events? If not can one CC there?

Would Grand prix be in the professional?

I would think that it's a professional event, so off limits.

If the participants are paid for that participation. Seems to be the generally accepted definition of professional.

Also, only the premises is off limits. Meaning a building or portion of a building.

From where will you be watching?

From my reading of it, it only covers premises where event is. If it's not taking place in that part of the building, then it's not against a law. Unless they're driving though the buildings, I'd try to say it isn't covered.
