For some reason, magazines don't seem to be in shortage like they were in 2013 right after Sandy Hook. CTD has only jacked the price up to $19.95 this time.

And 22 ammo isn't in short supply either. I guess people are still over loaded with it from when Obama took office.

Academy and Cabelas is loaded up with all kinds of rimfire.

Man Academy here is a ghost town for .22 LR. I can find CB, short, .22 WMR and .17 HMR.

The three I go to always have 4-10K rounds of rimfire.

Most of the other non-bolt action rounds sell out. 243, 30-06, 300 WM, and rimfire are plentiful.

Never shopped there again but did get another 20 G3 aluminum magazines from Royal Tiger Imports shipped to me for a dollar each a few years later.

I must have 50 or 60 loaded HK G3 mags plus a few 5 round mags so I'm ready for??????????

Not quite 20 years ago, but at least 10 I did the same but I think they were even cheaper then $1. Might have been on sale. I just know I have a very large amount of them around here.
