Cheapest places for SCUBA certifications around Austin, TX?

SCUBA certifications are going for $500 now I’m in Georgetown, TX and am looking for cheap places to get certified. I hear there are some oil rig dives in the Gulf of Mexico.

I got certified in 1971 at the YMCA when they had ex Navy Seals as their instructors.

Don't remember what the cost was, but I'm thinking around $50.00.

I know, I know, the cost has gone up in the last several years.
