How do you plan to teach them? By continuing to make them feel intimidated or uncomfortable?
that's funny. I OC'd my revolver all day today and no one ran away screaming, no cops were called and there was no blood in the streets.

Roughly 1450 miles off target.
This is a thread about open carry long guns in a restaurant so you can't lawfully carry long guns openly in Chipotle. This is not a discussion about CCW.
In your 1st post you said implied this was about OC:
ya, but the liberals here have to shut up and deal with me
Lol, wow.
There's your fear mongering.
Groups with an agenda, no matter what it is, need to stop forcing businesses to pick a side. The goal of most businesses is to make money, and I'm sure Chipotle had not taken a political stance on guns before now, because everyone's money is green. They were involuntary put into this situation, and were forced to make a choice, and because it doesn't favor our agenda, many here will now demonize this company. They didn't come out on their own, their hand was forced publically, and for those that don't know, Chipolte was started in Denver CO, think Aurora. So you should be able to take a guess where this company might stand on gun control, but until the point where their hand was forced, they didn't take a public stand.
If gun rights groups think this tactic of forcing company's to choose will work in their favor, they are WRONG. Most company's, no matter what their personal beliefs are, will probably choose anti-gun, because the lib media would crucify them if they were to take a pro-gun stance, and hurt their business.
These OC groups are 0-2, Starbucks and now Chipotle. I bet if these groups were to do these demonstrations in a Chick-fil-A, they would probably get a similar response. I am for OC, and agree that public opinion of guns needs to be changed drastically, but these methods are doing more damage than helping the cause. We don't like our hand being forced on issues we don't agree with, so we should't do the same to others.
Well said.I'm not afraid ... but I'm not the one you are trying to convince of anything.
Without understanding your target audience, success is doomed.
