    A fact is a fact. Hearsay is just that, not fact. I certainly hope if I was in court my lawyer would object based on hearsay.
    If you were correct there would be no arguments here. One persons fact is another person’s hearsay. Let’s just be honest, we debate this stuff for the debate, not to change minds. Any of us could switch sides and debate the opposite viewpoint. I do come here for gun info, not medical info.

    Hearsay is second-hand information. (Jack told me that Mike said, "Biden is a dope.") There are many exceptions to the general rule that hearsay testimony is inadmissible.

    Any chance you could PM me a copy of the letter? I'd love to send it to my employer and my friends would love to do the same!
    All of us are getting unlawfully harassed (think HIPPA) to provide medical information to HR and we keep refusing and repeating to them that their requests are illegal.
    I'd love to give them the right kind of letter so that they will finally STFU.

    All of us are getting unlawfully harassed (think HIPPA) …
    For the third goddàmned time in this thread, An employer asking (or requiring) vax as a condtion of employment is not a HIPAA violation and it’s not harassment.


    As an HR guy, if you’re going to fight the company, look at the exceptions in the policy and find your refuge there.
