At this point, my grandaughter in Arizona is the only one I know who has become ill with the virus. As a nurse, she had direct exposure and, working 12 hour shifts I suppose her body resistance was down. She has been ill three weeks, is now recovered but still tested positive yesterday. A couple of members of her extended family tested positive ( from early exposure to her) but have not had any symptoms.

No changes here; my wife was considered ‘exposed’ until the primary contact tested negative. During those couple of days she did not venture out.

No new cases in my friends/family that I'm aware of, and folks who had it are either recovered or, in the case of my wife's cousin, mid-recovery.

Any updates since April? I still don't know anyone who's had it. That is a good thing. Although I have my doubts about my BIL who had the symptoms, but was diagnosed with typhus.

Nephew's wife in Ct had it, took hydrocloroquine and now OK, Never hospitalized. He didn't get it.

How'd that come about - do you know?

He works in the oil fields near Luling and other areas, checking wells or something. They suspect he got it from a tick bite. New to me. I didn't know ticks could carry typhus.
