I did a tour in Arizona back in the 70's. They do not do daylight savings, life went on normally. IF moving the clocks around lowers electrical demand then I say hell yesI recall back in the spring of t his year that the Senate, in an aberration of the two parties agreeing on something, had passed a plan to make the time change permanent so folks don't need to change clocks twice a year. What happened to that legislation? Did it go anywhere?
