Be sure to leave a crushing review on google. It is a shame to see them sink so low. They must be under a ton of pressure, because personally if i were running that place, such poor treatment of potential guests would nearly make me pop.

I seriously doubt the had any warning. Everything I've heard says that with that carbon fiber pressure vessel, as soon as water got into a delamination structural integrity would be gone and it would be over within a millisecond.
