Well I finally emailed them and they want me to UPS the whole box to them. Here is the reply:

Hello,

We apologize for the problem you encountered while using our ammunition. This is not typical of our quality standards, and we do appreciate you letting us know about your experience.

To better assist you we would appreciate the ammunition in question be sent to us for further examination. Upon receiving your ammo we in return will reimburse you for your ammunition and your shipping charges.

Please ship via UPS to;

FCC
PRODUCT SERVICES
900 EHLEN DR.
ANOKA, MN 55303

Please package the ammunition into 1 box and package tightly so the contents do not shift. Please write ORM-D on two sides of the box so UPS is aware it is Other Regulated Materials class (D).

If you are worried about supply, remember that the Ranger Talons and Ranger SXTs are the replacement for the old Black Talon line.

They have had my box of ammo ($12 to ship) for a week now and I have heard nothing. I emailed them 2 days ago and still no reply.

This round was fed into a Sig and the slide didn't close. I had to jerk on the slide pretty hard just to get the round out of the chamber.
