I think I read his ratings are supposedly around 88%. This big drop in oil prices may hurt Russia.

SS has always been a socialist tax and welfare system. Go look at the Supreme Court challenges. Go look at what FDR said. The only reason it wasn't ruled unconstitutional was for that exact reason (it's a tax like all others) because the FEds don't have the authority to implement mandatory retirement accounts.

It's NOT a retirement account. It's a big fat socialist utopian lie, and I wish it would be phased out entirely with promised benefits paid and no new benefits promised.
