Guys, I started using night mode on my iPhone and then thought to myself that I'm not doing enough to get to bed earlier. Since the night mode on my phone wasn't changing when I'm sleepy I decided to try going all in on "night mode" 2 days ago. It's easy. 1st step is to have clean and clear paths so you're not stepping over anything when you need to get around your house. It's important for your safety. 2nd step is once the sun goes down, eat supper in the fading light and don't turn your lights on. If it gets dark use candlelight. You're only light should be candle light or fridge light if you need a drink. 3rd step is keep the damn lights off. Once you're tired, go to bed. This has been getting me tired around 9ish and asleep by 10:30 everyday I've tried it. I wake up the same time. I get all my emails and work done at the same time, but my mind is winded down by bed time. Try it for yourself. There's nothing that can really substitute for good sleep.
