    Never seen anything remotely deep enough done by pigs to hurt anything. Now sod poodles can which is ok cause they are a blast to shoot.

    I used to hunt in a watermelon patch, all sand. There were wallows deep enough to hide a small truck in.

    Those aren't a problem even for a horse it's those small strait down ones that are bad news. Badgers love watermelon patches up here.

    Don't get me wrong I've seen some large wholes but they are no worse on livestock than a Creek wash or drop off into a tank. They get hurt when they step into a small whole and there is no room for the leg to move.

    Lol. I did too. I dug a 2 foot hole with a post hole digger and threw corn in it . A small pig dug it up in about 2 minutes. I've never seen deep holes from rooting but pigs are capable of digging deep holes.
