1. Trying to close on my land, 25 acres in montgomery county - first plan to is build some berms for a personal range.
2. So happy to see 22lr ammo back down - makes very happy that I bought my MP15-22 and 22 suppressor years ago - will be nice to train cheaply, and not piss off people around me. Will shoot my 5.56 AR and 9mm AR every once in a while, but .05/rd is hard to beat!

Aint a done deal yet... I would advise everyone to avoid trying to get a loan through the veteran's land bureau... Yes, you can put down a lot less and the rate is decent, but your looking at like a 2 month close... Most sellers won't wait that long!
I would invite other TGT members out some day, but only suppressed - there are people around and I don't want to piss them off (even though legally there is nothing they could do).
