Welp, I broke down and ordered one. I have a pistol lower that's been begging for an upper for a while. Really hoping it isn't a pile of junk..

I think you will be happy with it. I consider them a good value.

No bcg or charge handle so keep that in mind.

Kind of hard to screw it up. Hardest part is the spring on the dust cover.

The dust covers on mine were already put together. Just need to be installed.

The pin is spring loaded and very simple. Just hold the opening spring down, push in the end of the pin, and put it in.

I suggest a fixture to hold the upper and good pin punches and starters.

A local member may have some you can borrow.

It was a little different setup than I saw in videos. No C clip and long pin.

Never seen this particular setup before but by no means do I have a lot of experience with building them either.
